Please contact me for personalized portraits WITH A PHOTOGRAPH which you want the image based on. We will not be able to provide pricing until I see what needs to be done.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
~Return must be initiated within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment. To begin the return/exchange process, please send us a conversation or email shannonrae42 [at]
~Approved refunds will be issued via PayPal or Direct Checkout (Etsy), within 72 hours of receipt of your returned merchandise. Please allow a few days for bank processing.
~Merchandise total and applicable taxes will be refunded, but no shipping
~You will receive a confirmation via conversation or email once initiated.
~Exchanges subject to availability
~Shipping/handling will not be refunded and you will be billed for new shipping charges

Once a custom order has started, there will be a fee to cancel depending on how much work has been done, which will be billed to you immediately. By agreeing to the custom order, you legally agree to pay the cancellation fee.


Domestic Orders (Continental US):
~Small items will be sent via USPS
~Usually take 7-10 business days for delivery
~Large items can be shipped via FedEx- We will monitor tracking to make sure it arrives and send tracking to you if requested
~If you would like tracking, please let me know BEFORE I send out the item

International Orders (Outside Continental US)

~Know your country's customs policies! We have to declare contents and value on the customs form. We cannot be held responsible for additional customs fees, VAT, etc
~Usually ships via FedEx or USPS

Additional policies and FAQs

If we receive a returned package marked as undeliverable, I will contact the buyer for either 1.) a refund of the purchase price of the item(s) minus shipping charges or 2.) Re-ship to the corrected address once the buyer covers the cost of shipping the order out again. (This is why it's so important to make sure the shipping address is complete and correct)

On any customs forms, we are required by law to declare the full purchase price as the value of the goods. We do not under declare values, or mark goods as a "gift."

We truly wish we didn't need to have this disclaimer here but after repeated misunderstandings and a negative review solely based on the fact that a buyer incurred a customs charge (that we have no control over) or an incorrectly entered gift recipient address where the order was returned a few times as undeliverable until a different address was finally provided, we feel it important to have this lengthy and hopefully informative notice.

Custom and personalized orders

Each custom painting has different wait times depending on how many orders are in front of you as well as size and material of your choosing. I will give a timeline before you purchase to make sure that your order is received before you need it. Please feel free to contact me for more information.
